Experience across advocacy, the bench and legal education — held to one ethical standard.
She appears before every court of Mauritius: District, Intermediate, Industrial and Children’s Courts, and the Supreme Court and its Family Division. Her practice spans the chambers’ seven disciplines.
She sat as District Magistrate at Flacq and Port-Louis in the early 2000s, after posts at the State Law Office and the DPP’s office. Advice starts from what a court will want in evidence; as IJLS Director she trained judges at home and abroad.
